Vermont Mobile Health Services
BAART Behavioral Health Services (BBHS) substance abuse treatment program offers treatment within BAART Programs' continuum of care that offers opioid treatment, behavioral health care, primary medical care, and mobile services to the rural areas of the state of Vermont.
Goals:
The goals of BBHS are to create access to care as well as to provide quality, individualized and comprehensive substance abuse treatment at affordable rates, traveling to rural Vermont.
Accreditation:
BBHS is a state approved and partially funded program that is committed to expanding treatment access to chemically dependant individuals in Vermont who need our services.
Our program includes:
• Mobile Methadone maintenance
• Mobile Buprenorphine
• Individualized counseling
• Short and long term medication assisted treatment
• HIV Screening
• HCV Screening
• STD Screenings
• Immunizations
• Aftercare
BBHS treatment incorporates a harm reduction model, pharmacotherapy and clinic specific interventions that include motivational interviewing and substance abuse counseling.

• Anyone without insurance
Eligibility Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age or under 18 with the consent of a parent or guardian
• Have photo identification
• Evidence of opiate addiction
• Agreement to adhere to program policies and procedures
